I respectfully acknowledge the First Peoples of Australia, who were and are the keepers of their cultural and spiritual knowledge and traditions and the traditional owners of the land on which I live, travel and work.

I honour the elders of the past, the present, and the future and appreciate their continued connection to the land, the water, and the sky.

Sustainable Forestry Anchors a Reviving Town

(The Bottom Rises is a group project in which I collaborated with Luyao Shi, Yameng Song, and Chang Tong.)

Through analysing GIS data, our group selected Buxton for the proposal of Sustainable Forestry in Eastern Victoria. We focused on the development of education, forest parks, healing gardens, farm forestry and biodiversity for the forestry in Buxton. The proposed designs bring economic, social, cultural, environmental and ecological benefits simultaneously, requiring implementation and growth time.
